With experience spanning energy, fintech and financial services, I’ve been working in marketing since 2005, helping growing businesses build strong brands, effective marketing systems and sustainable growth. My career includes in-house leadership roles as Head of Marketing, as well as working as a Fractional Marketing Director and consultant on both retainer and pay-per-hour engagements.
Across these roles, I’ve led and collaborated with in-house teams and external agencies on projects ranging from martech design and implementation, brand creation and creative direction, through to data-driven digital campaigns, lead generation programmes and events designed to deliver measurable return on investment. I bring over ten years of experience in senior leadership positions, supported by a degree in Marketing and Google accreditations.
My approach is rooted in collaboration and joined-up thinking. I believe the most effective marketing happens when brand, technology, data and execution work together toward a single commercial objective. A strong, coherent brand is not just a marketing asset, but a core part of the business that when invested in properly, can drive performance today and significantly increase long-term business value.
